“This is the best inspection we have ever had. Prompt, thorough, and highly professional. Thank you, Tim!! We have purchased 5 homes and never had such a professional and thorough home inspection. Because he does every inspection himself you do not get the issues of larger firms that have multiple inspectors, doing high volume business. Tim takes the time to do exceptional work, at the highest level of quality, and then takes time to explain everything. He also answered our questions, later, when we had them. The videos he took were especially helpful to us, as out of town buyers. First rate!”

“This is a must for anyone thinking to purchase a home… Tim’s services go behind the facade and ferrets out all the pluses and minuses for the structure. Even if you don’t use his inspection report to negotiate with, it gives you a realistic, honest and thorough picture of what you are buying… Thanks to his thoroughness, I didn’t make a huge mistake. We WILL be using him again in the near future.”

“This is to thank you for the incredibly thorough and detailed inspection you made of the home we are purchasing on Orcas. We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years but we have never encountered a home inspector who was as careful and conscientious as you are… The strong sense we have of your integrity and care in conducting our home inspection gave us great confidence in proceeding to buy our Orcas home.”

“You told us on the phone that the inspection would take 2 to 3 hours. We have parted from the house some 6 hours later at no extra charge… Your amazingly thorough report was over 30 pages long… We would always hire you and will recommend you in the future to our friends wanting to buy a house on beautiful Orcas Island.”

“Tim’s report was extremely thorough & comprehensive. His findings were presented in an organized, easy to understand manner, with clearly defined recommendations. Most importantly, Tim’s availability to answer our questions was invaluable in our decision to proceed with this purchase.”

“Tim carried out a thorough, professional inspection and provided a superb written report with photos of all points that needed repairs or improvements. A careful walk-through gave us a solid understanding of how the house functions.”

“Tim, we simply cannot express how pleased we are with your home inspection. We have never experienced such thorough and complete service before. The personal time you spent explaining each detail of the report was very reassuring… More importantly, we have a sense of safety that we cannot place a value on.”

“You are the perfect person to be a Home Inspector, because you have personally done contracting not just overseeing but actually doing the remodeling yourself… We have never had a home inspection that comes close to the service you offered us.”
